Restroom trailer or deluxe porta potties for a wedding?
Choose a restroom trailer when the venue has a garden hose and a 110-volt outlet and the wedding is formal. Choose deluxe flushing porta potties when there is no water or power, or the spot is too tight for a trailer. Standard units suit casual backyard receptions on a tight budget.

How many restrooms does a wedding need?
A wedding with up to 120 guests and a 5-to-6-hour reception needs one 2-stall restroom trailer, or 4 deluxe flushing units. From 120 to 200 guests, use a 3-stall trailer or 4–6 deluxe units. Add 1 unit if there is an open bar, and keep one wheelchair-accessible unit near the reception.

| 81–120 | 2-stall | 4 | +1 deluxe |

What a restroom trailer needs at a barn or backyard venue
A restroom trailer needs a level spot about 10 feet wide and 25 feet long, a standard garden hose connection, and a 110-volt, 20-amp outlet within 100 feet. The truck must be able to back the trailer in. If there is no spigot, we bring a fresh-water tank.
- No water: fresh-water tank add-on from $225.
- No power: a borrowed generator or a dedicated extension cord works. We can also quote a quiet generator.
- Soft ground: tell us. We check farm and barn sites by satellite photo before the day.
- Slope: the trailer has leveling jacks, but more than a gentle grade needs a site check.
When to book and when we deliver
Book a wedding restroom trailer 6 to 10 weeks ahead for a Saturday between May and October, the peak season around Akron. Deluxe units need 3 to 4 weeks. We deliver Thursday or Friday so the trailer is set and checked before rehearsal, and pick up Monday.

Weddings: questions renters ask
Do restroom trailers have air conditioning?
Our restroom trailers have air conditioning and heat, lighting, mirrors and vanity sinks with running water. They all need the 110-volt power connection to work.
Can the restroom trailer be placed on grass at a farm wedding?
Firm, dry grass is fine. After heavy rain, a soft field can trap the truck, so we confirm the ground with you during the wedding week and adjust the spot if needed.
Do you provide an attendant during the reception?
We do not staff weddings. The trailer is stocked for the full event. Most couples ask a venue coordinator to check paper and soap once mid-reception.
Can I see photos of the inside?
Photos of the vanity, stalls and lighting are on the restroom trailer page, and we can text more photos on request.
What if the wedding is on a Sunday?
Sunday weddings get the same Friday or Saturday delivery and Monday pickup. There is no extra charge for the extra day.
Is a deposit required to hold my date?
Restroom trailers are held with a 50 percent deposit, and the balance is due 7 days before delivery. Deluxe and standard units are paid when you book.
