Step 1: Booking and payment

Booking a porta potty takes about five minutes by phone. We need the delivery address or map pin, dates, unit type and count, where the units should sit, and an on-site phone number. You get one itemized total, then pay by card on the phone or through a secure link sent by text or email.

You receive a confirmation text and an emailed invoice. Nothing needs to be signed in an app. Businesses can apply for net-30 terms after the first order.

Step 2: Delivery day

On delivery day, the driver calls about 30 minutes before arriving. Deliveries run 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. You do not need to be home if the spot is marked and gates are open. The driver levels the unit, checks the door and stock, and texts a photo.

  • Mark the spot with a cone, chalk X or flag, or text a photo with an arrow.
  • Leave gate codes and an on-site contact in the order.
  • Clear low branches, wires and parked cars from the truck path.
  • The truck parks within 25 feet; it does not drive on lawns.

Step 3: Servicing during the rental

During a 28-day rental, a technician services each unit once a week: pump-out, wash, disinfect, deodorize and restock. Service days are set by route, usually the same weekday each week. Event rentals of up to 4 days arrive ready and do not need a visit. Extra visits can be booked anytime.

Extra service visits start at $65. If a unit needs attention between visits, call or text a photo and we will send someone.

Step 4: Extending or adding units

To extend a 28-day porta potty rental, do nothing: the unit stays and the next cycle starts automatically. To extend an event rental past 4 days, call before the scheduled pickup. Extra units can be added to any rental and join the same service route.

Step 5: Pickup and final bill

To end a rental, call or text us. Pickup happens within 1 to 2 business days, and no new 28-day cycle starts after the day you called. Event units are picked up on the date set when you booked, usually the Monday after a weekend event. You do not need to be home for pickup.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Every rental comes with our short rental terms, which you accept when you pay. There is no app, portal account or 10-page contract.

Will I get a receipt?

An itemized receipt is emailed after payment. Ask on the phone and we can text it too.

What if the driver can't reach the spot?

The driver calls you from the site and places the unit at the nearest safe spot. If the site is blocked and no safe spot exists, a return trip may be charged.
