Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy
Live answer during business hours. Online quotes get a call or text back within 30 minutes, Mon–Sat.
These rental terms cover every porta potty, handwashing station and restroom trailer rented from Cameron Rental Works. They explain payment, the 28-day billing cycle, servicing, cancellations and refunds, placement, damage and pickup in plain language, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before you book. Last updated October 12, 2026.
1. Payment
Standard, deluxe, accessible and handwashing rentals are paid in full when booked, by card or secure payment link. Restroom trailers require a 50% deposit, with the balance due 7 days before delivery. Approved business, school and government accounts may pay on net-30 terms by check or ACH. Prices are quoted before Ohio sales tax. We do not charge fuel surcharges or card fees.
2. Rental periods and renewal
Event rentals cover up to 4 consecutive days at a flat price. All other rentals bill in 28-day cycles. A 28-day rental renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you request pickup. No new cycle starts after the day you request pickup by phone or text. Cycles are not prorated, so early pickup within a cycle does not reduce that cycle's price.
3. Servicing
28-day rentals include one service visit per week. Additional visits are billed per visit. If a unit cannot be reached because of locked gates, parked vehicles, snow or other obstructions, the visit may be skipped or billed as a return trip.
4. Cancellation and changes
- Cancel more than 24 hours before scheduled delivery: full refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours of delivery: a $50 trip charge is kept; the rest is refunded.
- Same-day orders: once the truck leaves, the $50 trip charge and the $95 same-day fee are kept; the unit price is refunded.
- Restroom trailer deposits: refundable up to 14 days before delivery; after that, the deposit may be applied to a new date within 12 months.
- Date changes are free up to 24 hours before delivery, subject to availability. Weather-related date moves are free when units are available.
5. Placement and site access
You choose the placement spot and confirm you have the right to place the unit there. The spot must be firm and level, within 25 feet of truck parking, and clear of overhead wires and obstructions. Permits for public property, streets or parks are the renter's responsibility. Do not move units after placement.
6. Damage, loss and misuse
Normal wear is our responsibility. The renter is responsible for loss, theft, vandalism, fire, vehicle damage, tipping and damage from misuse, billed at repair or replacement cost. Do not place trash, chemicals, or hazardous materials in units. Contamination requiring special cleaning may be billed.
7. Pickup
Request pickup by phone or text. Pickup happens within 1–2 business days. Event units are picked up on the date set at booking. Please leave access open on pickup day.
8. Liability
Cameron Rental Works is not responsible for damage to lawns, driveways or landscaping caused by normal delivery and service at the spot you chose, or for injuries caused by misuse of the units. Our liability is limited to the rental amount paid.
