Deluxe flushing unit or standard porta potty?
Choose a deluxe flushing unit when guests are dressed for a wedding, shower or open house, or when food is served and you want handwashing inside the unit. Choose a standard unit for crews and casual parties. The deluxe unit holds fewer uses, so plan 1 per 50 guests for up to 4 hours.

Inside the deluxe flushing unit
Inside the deluxe flushing unit, guests find a flushing toilet, a sink with a foot pump, liquid soap, paper towels, a mirror and a coat hook. The fresh water is refilled at every service visit. In winter, flushing units need a heated location or are swapped for standard units.
Flushing porta potty questions
Does a flushing porta potty need a water hookup?
A deluxe flushing porta potty needs no hookup. It carries its own fresh-water tank for flushing and the sink, which we fill at delivery and at each service.
Can I rent flushing porta potties in winter?
Flushing units can freeze below about 32°F. From December to February we recommend standard units with brine, or a heated restroom trailer.
How many flushes does a deluxe unit get?
The fresh-water tank gives roughly 150 combined flushes and hand washes. For events with more than about 50 guests per unit, add a unit or a mid-event service.
Is the deluxe unit bigger than a standard one?
The deluxe unit has the same footprint as a standard unit. Only the wheelchair-accessible unit and the restroom trailer are larger.
Can I get deluxe units for a construction office?
Deluxe units can rent on 28-day cycles with weekly service, from $245 per cycle. Site offices and model homes use them often.
