How monthly porta potty billing works

Monthly porta potty billing runs on a 28-day cycle, not a calendar month. Your first invoice covers 28 days plus delivery and pickup. Every later cycle is the unit price only, from $165, and includes weekly service. The rental renews each cycle until you call for pickup.

Thirteen 28-day cycles make one year. To stop billing, call or text before the cycle ends. Seasonal renters can set the pickup date when they book, so the last cycle closes on its own.

Seasonal porta potty rentals: ball fields, farms, marinas and parks

Seasonal porta potty rentals around Akron typically run from April to October, matching youth baseball, soccer, farm markets and boating on the Portage Lakes. Book in February or March to lock in units and a regular service day. Winter rentals stay on route with brine in the tank.

How often should a long-term unit be serviced?

Service a long-term porta potty once a week when it gets up to about 100 uses a week, which is 10 workers on a 40-hour week or a small ball field. Above that, add a second weekly visit or a second unit. A standard waste tank holds about 60 gallons.

Farm field sanitation rules

Ohio farms with 11 or more hand-labor field workers must provide 1 toilet and 1 handwashing station for every 20 workers, within a quarter-mile walk of where they work, under OSHA 29 CFR 1928.110. Units must be serviced regularly and kept stocked.

Read the rule: OSHA 1928.110 field sanitation. For harvest crews that move between fields, we can move units at a service visit. This is general information, not legal advice.

Monthly & seasonal rentals: questions renters ask

Is a 28-day cycle the same as a month?

A 28-day cycle is shorter than most calendar months, so a year holds 13 billing cycles instead of 12. Your invoice shows the exact start and end date of each cycle.

Do I get a discount for a long rental?

Every cycle after the first drops the delivery and pickup charge. Sites that keep 3 or more units for 6 months or longer can ask for a season rate.

Can I pause the rental over winter?

We pick up in fall and redeliver in spring. Each delivery is billed as a new rental, so keeping a unit through winter is often cheaper for year-round sites.

What happens in freezing weather?

From November to March the tank gets a brine mix so it does not freeze, and the sanitizer is a winter formula. Keep a shoveled path so the technician can reach the unit.

Can I change the number of units mid-season?

Add or remove units at any service visit. Billing changes from the day the unit arrives or leaves.

Can I pay by ACH or check?

Long-term business and municipal accounts can pay by ACH or check on net-30 terms after approval. Homeowners pay by card or secure link.
