The five things that set your porta potty price

Five things set a porta potty rental price: the unit type, the rental length, the delivery distance, how often the unit is serviced, and how many units you rent. Timing adds a sixth: same-day orders carry a fee, while booking a few days ahead does not.

  1. Unit type: standard is the base; flushing, accessible and trailers cost more.
  2. Rental length: events are flat for up to 4 days; longer rentals bill per 28 days.
  3. Distance: Summit County is included; farther addresses get a distance charge.
  4. Servicing: weekly is included on 28-day rentals; extra visits from $65.
  5. Quantity: on 28-day rentals the $75 delivery charge is per order, so extra units add no delivery cost.

Why a short rental costs the same as 28 days

A porta potty rented for 10 days costs the same as one rented for 28, because the cost is mostly the truck trips: delivery, weekly pump-outs and pickup. A job-site unit for 10 days costs $165 + $75 = $240 before tax.

Only need it for one weekend? Book as an event rental instead; that is the cheaper option for up to 4 days.

Worked examples: what Akron renters actually pay

A backyard graduation party for 120 guests with beer needs 5 standard event units and 2 handwashing stations, about $1,155 before tax. A 6-person remodel crew for 6 weeks needs 1 standard unit for 2 cycles, $405. A 100-guest barn wedding with a 2-stall trailer starts at $1,195.

Job (hypothetical example)UnitsPrice before tax

What is on the invoice, and what is not

Your invoice lists the unit price, the delivery and pickup charge when it applies, any add-ons, and Ohio sales tax. That is the whole bill. We do not add fuel surcharges, credit card convenience fees or end-of-rental removal fees, and the total we read you on the phone matches the invoice.

Payment terms, cancellation and damage rules are in the rental terms. To get an exact number, call or use the quote form below.

Porta potty price questions

Is there a deposit for a porta potty?

Standard, deluxe, accessible and handwashing rentals are paid in full when you book; there is no separate deposit. Restroom trailers take a 50 percent deposit with the balance due 7 days before delivery.

Is the second month cheaper?

Every 28-day cycle after the first drops the $75 delivery and pickup charge, so later cycles cost only the unit price.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits, churches or schools?

Nonprofits, churches, schools and multi-unit orders can ask for a reduced rate. Tax-exempt groups send their Ohio exemption certificate and pay no sales tax.

Can I pay by check or invoice?

Homeowners pay by card or a secure pay link. Approved businesses, schools and governments can pay by check or ACH on net-30 terms.

Will you price-match another quote?

We match a written quote from a local Summit County company for the same unit, service level and dates. Send it by text or email before you book.
