Cameron Rental Works collects only the details needed to quote, schedule and bill your rental: your ZIP code and delivery address, dates, unit choices, headcount, name, phone number and, if you pay, payment details handled by our card processor. We never sell your information.

What we collect

Quote form: ZIP code, phone, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size.
Phone calls and texts: name, address, placement notes, on-site contact.
Payments: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Website: standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics that count page views and button clicks.

How the quote form works

Our quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards your submission to our email. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver it. See the Web3Forms privacy policy for details.

How we use it

To answer your request, schedule delivery and service, bill you, and contact you about your rental. With your consent, we may send occasional seasonal reminders; reply STOP to opt out.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business (payment processing, form delivery, email and phone) and when required by law.

Retention and your choices
