Booking and payment
How do I book a porta potty?
Call (330) 237-6633 or send the quote form. We confirm the address, dates, units and placement, read you one total price, and take payment by card or secure link.
How far in advance should I book?
For most rentals, 2–3 business days is plenty. Book 3–4 weeks ahead for graduation parties and holiday weekends, and 6–10 weeks for wedding restroom trailers.
Can I book online without calling?
The quote form takes seven quick fields. We call or text back with the total, usually within 30 minutes during business hours, and send a secure pay link.
What payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit cards. Approved businesses, schools and governments can pay by check or ACH on net-30 terms.
Do I have to pay before delivery?
Rentals are paid when you book, so the unit can be put on a route. Restroom trailers take a 50 percent deposit.
Can someone else pay for my rental?
A relative, employer or accounts payable team can pay through the secure link we send. The payer and the on-site contact can be different people.
Do you take purchase orders?
Purchase order numbers can go on any invoice. Net-30 accounts can be billed against a PO after approval.
Is my card information safe?
Card details are entered on a secure payment page or read once over the phone and never stored in emails or texts.
Will I get a written quote I can show my boss or committee?
We email or text a written quote with every line item. Quotes are held for 7 days.
Are you tax-exempt friendly?
Send your Ohio exemption certificate before payment and sales tax is removed from the invoice.
Delivery and scheduling
What areas do you deliver to?
All of Akron and Summit County, plus towns in Portage, Medina, Stark, Wayne and parts of Cuyahoga County. Farther Ohio cities are served on scheduled routes.
What are your delivery hours?
Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. There are no Sunday deliveries.
Will the driver call before arriving?
Every driver calls the on-site number about 30 minutes ahead, and texts a photo after the unit is placed.
Can you deliver the day before my event?
Day-before delivery is our standard for events, at no extra charge.
Can I pick up a porta potty myself?
We do not rent units for customer pickup. Every unit is delivered and set by our crew so it arrives level and secure.
My site has no street address. Can you still deliver?
Send a dropped map pin or GPS coordinates, plus a description of the entrance. New subdivisions and rural lots are routine for us.
If you are running late, will you still deliver?
The driver calls if a route runs behind. If your date is firm, tell us when booking and the order is flagged as no-later-than.
Can I change my delivery date?
Changes are free up to 24 hours before delivery, subject to availability.
Do you deliver on holidays?
We do not deliver on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas. Holiday-weekend units are delivered the business day before.
Pricing and billing
Is delivery included in the price?
Event prices include delivery and pickup in Summit County. 28-day rentals add a one-time $75 delivery and pickup charge on the first cycle.
Are there hidden fees?
The total we quote is unit, delivery and pickup, add-ons and Ohio sales tax. No fuel surcharge, card convenience fee or removal fee is added.
Is the price per unit or per order?
Unit prices are per unit. The delivery and pickup charge is per order, so extra units on the same trip do not add another delivery charge.
Why does a 2-week rental cost the same as 4 weeks?
Long rentals bill per 28-day cycle because the cost is mostly truck trips and weekly service. An event rental of up to 4 days is cheaper for short needs.
Does the rental renew automatically?
28-day rentals renew each cycle until you call for pickup. You are never charged for a cycle after the day you call.
How do I avoid being charged for another month?
Call or text by the last business day of your current cycle, or give us a pickup date when you book.
Do you raise prices in the busy season?
Our listed starting prices stay the same all year. What changes in May and June is availability, so book early.
Can you send an itemized invoice for my records?
Every invoice lists the rental dates, unit types, delivery, add-ons and tax, and can show a job name or PO.
Cleaning and servicing
What happens at a service visit?
The technician pumps the tank, washes and disinfects the unit, adds fresh deodorizer, restocks paper and sanitizer, refills handwashing water and checks the door.
How do I know my unit was serviced?
Each visit is logged with the date. Ask and we will text a photo after service.
What if the unit is full before the service day?
Call or text and we will send a technician, billed as an extra visit. If it happens often, we will suggest a second unit or a twice-weekly plan.
Do you supply toilet paper?
Every unit is stocked with toilet paper at delivery and at each service. For big events, ask for extra rolls left in the unit.
Is hand sanitizer included?
Sanitizer is included in every standard, deluxe and accessible unit at no extra charge.
Do event rentals get cleaned during the event?
Event units arrive clean and stocked and usually do not need a visit for a weekend. Multi-day events can book a mid-event service.
What chemicals do you use?
We use a formaldehyde-free deodorizer and biodegradable cleaners. In winter the tank gets a salt brine so it does not freeze.
Placement and site prep
Where should the porta potty go?
On firm, level ground within 25 feet of where the truck can park, away from food, and with the door facing away from the street or neighbors.
Can the porta potty go in my backyard?
Only if the truck can park within 25 feet and a 48-inch gate or opening leads there. Otherwise the driveway or side yard works best.
Can it sit on grass?
Firm grass is fine. Soft or soaked lawns can rut, and the truck does not drive on grass.
Can it go on a slope?
A gentle slope can be leveled with shims. Steep slopes are unsafe; choose a flatter spot.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Nobody needs to be there. Mark the spot, unlock gates and keep your phone on.
Can I padlock the unit?
Every unit has a hasp. Use your own padlock and leave a key or code for the service technician.
Do I need a permit for a porta potty on my property?
A unit on private property in Akron usually needs no permit. A unit on a street, curb lawn, sidewalk or park needs city or park approval.
Will it blow over in the wind?
A standard unit is stable in normal wind. In open fields we can stake units down. Tell us if the site is exposed.

Do your porta potties have sinks?
Deluxe flushing units have a sink inside. Standard units have sanitizer, and handwashing stations can be added.
Do you have flushing porta potties?

Do you have ADA or handicap porta potties?
We rent wheelchair-accessible units with a ground-level floor, a 60-inch turning space and grab bars.
Do you have lights inside?
Standard units use a translucent roof. Restroom trailers have built-in lighting. For night events, add a battery lantern.
Do you rent restroom trailers?
We rent 2-stall and 3-stall restroom trailers with flushing toilets, sinks and climate control.

Do you rent holding tanks or pump RV tanks?
We do not rent holding tanks. Ask about RV and camper pump-outs; we quote them by location and access.
Events and weddings

When do you drop off and pick up for a Saturday party?
Friday drop-off and Monday pickup, at no extra charge.
Can units be placed at a park pavilion?
With the park's permission. City of Akron parks require a special event permit, and Summit Metro Parks has its own rules.
Should I put the porta potty near the food?
Keep units at least 50 feet from food and downwind, with a handwashing station beside them.
Can you deliver to a church or school lot?
Church and school lots are among our most common event drops. Give us the lot entrance and any times buses or services block it.
Pickup, extensions and cancellations
How do I schedule pickup?
Call or text when you are done. Pickup happens within 1–2 business days.
Can I keep it longer than planned?
28-day rentals keep going automatically. Event rentals can add days if you call before the pickup date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, a $50 trip charge is kept. Once the truck leaves, the $50 trip charge and the $95 same-day fee are kept; the unit price is refunded.
What if the weather cancels my event?
Move the date for free when units are available, or cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund.
What if the unit is damaged?
Normal wear is on us. Vandalism, fire, vehicle damage or tipping are billed at repair or replacement cost.
Winter rentals
Can I rent a porta potty in winter in Ohio?
Units stay on route all winter. From November to March the tank gets brine so it does not freeze.
Will the toilet freeze?
The brine keeps the tank liquid well below freezing. Flushing units and handwashing stations can freeze, so we swap them for standard units in deep cold.
What do I need to do in snow?
Keep a shoveled path to the door and a clear spot for the truck. A unit buried by a plow cannot be serviced.
