Is the same-day fee refundable if I cancel?
Once the truck leaves, the $50 trip charge and the $95 same-day fee are kept; the unit price is refunded. Cancel before dispatch and the full amount is refunded.
How many units can you deliver the same day?
Up to about 10 standard units can usually go out on a same-day order. Larger emergency orders, such as a building water shut-off, are split across trucks; call early.
Do you charge more for Saturday delivery?
Saturday is a normal business day for us. The same-day fee only applies when the order is placed and delivered on the same day.
